Ink & Dagger started in 1995 and had a rather fast and furious run until 1999, when founding member and vocalist Sean Patrick McCabe was found dead in a motel room. He was only 27. In 2010, the band reunited with the vocalist of Thursday, Geoff Rickly, fronting the group for a short period of time. And it’s been 14 years since the band was last seen performing live, until this past Thursday, October 30th.
And not only did Geoff Rickly join Ink & Dagger for their first live show in over a decade to sing a few tracks, but Paint It Black‘s Dan Yemin joined the vampiric hardcore group for a performance “Philapsychosis” who have several reunion shows lined up for this weekend. Fans made sure to capture as much of it as they could, with multiple angles available.
And with two dates left of the reunion shows taking place in Philadelphia, you can check out where they’re being held below.
November 1st – Philadelphia, PA @ First Unitarian Church (feat. Soul Glo)
November 2nd – Philadelphia, PA @ Warehouse On Watts (feat. Honey)
