Not everybody has the same taste buds. Some people like their food salty, some like it sweet, and some like it with a little more zest. But nobody—and I mean nobody—likes their food with the seasoning of entitlement all over it. This friend group was on a little vacation together before realizing that someone in the group was like a thief in the night, stealing everyone else’s leftovers and rudely claiming them for herself.
That is, until she decided to complain about the way that one girl’s food was seasoned.
To protect her leftovers growing up, u/Bokbokbagawker learned to love the flavor of an extra sour lemon. Like a creature in the wild, she grew accustomed to the acidic flavors in her food while deterring other predators from stealing it. Her siblings, cousins, and uncles wouldn’t dare touch her leftovers because of the lemon juice flavor, and apparently, future food thieves would feel the same way.
